ITA FX is a project looking for traders with experience. We have a tailored program that works as an assessment to verify the trading ability of each person. Once a trader successfully passes the assessment, the trader will receive a virtual ITA FX account with MT5. This person will then be eligible to receive a % of the profits generated within the account. Trading is not easy, and our project has helped multiple traders grow without using taking large risks trading their own capital.
To become a funded trader, all you need to do is complete the assessment requirements through our Evaluation. For those looking to expedite the process and skip the challenge, it is possible to choose the Instant Funding option.
An Evaluation is a step in which you trade on a demo account to show that you are capable of meeting our requirements as a trader. Each account has its own requirements.

Traders can manage up to $800,000 in virtual capital, which can be in a single account, or split between smaller accounts.
If you violate one of the trading requirements during the assessment period, you will lose the eligibility for a funded account. If you violate a rule in a funded account, you will lose access to the funded capital and that specific trading account would be permanently closed. In this case, you are welcome to try again with a new account.
It is important to notice that not all violations happen automatically and in some cases, you will be notified by our risk team in case your account has violated our conditions. We also work with soft breaches and alerts, using a high-tech dashboard where traders can monitor their accounts along the way.
Within your dashboard, you can find the information regarding your trading history, profit, drawdown, maximum loss, referrals and more. The portal is where you can oversee your account stats.
You can pay for your account either in crypto (most used) or card. For crypto, we accept BTC, USDT, ETH, Doge coins.
You can manage up to $800,000 in trading capital per user.
Absolutely not – many traders choose our services in order to take a step into the professional trading world without much experience. Through our program, it is not necessary to risk your capital trading in a retail broker environment.

Given we have unlimited time to complete your assessment with ITA, there is no free retry.
Payouts can be requested bi-weekly via crypto directly through your trader dashboard – you will be able to place the payout request and nominate the currency/wallet you would like to use.

With ITA FX, you have access to a range of instruments from Forex, Crypto, Metals, Indices and Commodities. Trading will happen through the MT5 platform, using a licensed broker.
Considering we offer our services to dozens of different countries, each trader is responsible for his own local reporting, if required. Our company only processes the reward to the respective wallet and each individual must work on their own declarations with the help of a local certified accountant/tax agent.
It is not possible to change the password – these are securely sent through our system and they will remain the same while the account is active.
We require that traders place at least one trade every 30 days. Failing to do so would trigger our Inactivity Rule and the account would be terminated.
Hedging among different users/accounts goes against our trading conditions and would be deemed a violation. Martingale strategies are accepted and there are no specific rules around them.
We do not have minimum trading days for our Instant, Instant PRO and 1 Step Challenges. The 2 Step model has a minimum of 3 trading days.
Each trader is responsible for his/her own accounts. Sharing trading account credentials is a breach of our terms and may lead to the termination of the trading account.
A stop loss is not required with our challenges.
Cheating Is Strictly Forbidden
Any trading methods considered “cheating” are not allowed and will lead to a breach of our Terms of Service – Traders mus trade according to a real market. As such, employing strategies that produce risk-free, steady profits exclusively on demo accounts is prohibited. We expect our Funded Traders to approach their accounts as if they were live, and any tactic that exploits the demo environment will result in account termination—whether during the evaluation stage or after funding is granted.
Examples of Prohibited Strategies:
– Exploiting platform or data freezes caused by Demo Server glitches.
– Utilizing a delayed data feed.
– Trading with delayed charts.
– Engaging in tick scalping, high-frequency trading, or arbitrage bots, including reverse arbitrage, latency arbitrage, hedge arbitrage, or any similar tools or emulators.
At Institutional Trading Academy (ITA), we maintain a firm stance against trading strategies classified as “all or nothing” and do not permit strategies reliant on this approach. Our focus is on discovering exceptional traders who demonstrate skill in risk management, profit generation, and consistency within the financial markets. These are the individuals we choose to collaborate with, offering them simulated funded accounts of up to $400,000. We have zero tolerance for trades considered “all or nothing” and reject any strategies built around this method.
Both EA’s and trade copiers are allowed in our platform MT5. It is important to note that each trader must follow his/her own strategy and not copy from third parties. It is possible to copy trades from your retail accounts to your ITA FX accounts,as well as between ITA FX accounts.
We understand trading is unpredictable and we don’t force you to close your positions before rollover.
Positions opened on ITA FX Instant and One-Step accounts must not remain open during the weekend market close, as this rule is designed to protect traders from unpredictable gap risk and abnormal market conditions. All trades must be fully closed prior to the weekly market shutdown (Friday close). Any position held past the weekend rollover, whether partially or fully, will be considered a breach of the program rules and result in a Hard Breach. This is not applicable on Instant PRO and 2 step accounts.
News trading is allowed across all of our accounts and challenges.
We work with 4 different models (1 phase, 2 phases and Instant Funding) – please refer to each specific model for more information about its specific features and requirements. Generally speaking, the more phases, the more experienced a trader would need to be as this demonstrates actual trading knowledge, rather than luck – as such, these accounts also offer more flexibility when trading when compared to Intant Funding options.

Top Day Profit %: Checks how consistent the traders performance is on their single best day relative to total profit.
How it works:
Calculate lifetime realized profit = current balance − start balance
Compare it to the top days profit. If there’s no profit or invalid data, the score is 100% / otherwise, calculate the ratio and cap it at 100%.
Formula:
Consistency % = (Top Day Realized Profit / Lifetime Realized Profit) × 100
To request a reward on your Funded Account, you need to meet the consistency score applicable to the specific account type, which is available in our Home Page.
The geographical region associated with the IP address used to purchase your account, access the ITA FX platform, and log in during both the Evaluation Phase and the Master Account phase must remain consistent. If our Risk and Compliance Team detects a change and/or unusual behavior in the IP address region, ITA FX reserves the right to request supporting documentation and/or apply restrictions to the account.
Access while traveling:
The Client may access and trade the Account from different geographical locations. The Client is not required to use a single fixed IP address. However, ITA FX continuously monitors access locations and connection patterns for security, compliance, and integrity purposes.
If ITA FX detects access behavior that is inconsistent, abnormal, or not reasonably aligned with the Client’s prior usage patterns, ITA FX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request identity and location verification. Such verification may include, without limitation:
- Flight tickets, boarding passes, or other travel documentation;
- Passport stamps or official immigration records;
- Live video verification or other real-time confirmation methods.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification upon request may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of the Account and/or denial of any pending or future rewards.
Use of VPS or VPN
The Client may use a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or Virtual Private Network (VPN) during both the Evaluation Phase and on the Master Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ITA FX monitors IP region changes and access behavior.
If ITA FX detects a change in the IP address region or access pattern that requires verification, ITA FX reserves the right to request, at its sole discretion, documentation including, without limitation:
- Proof of ownership or control of the VPS or VPN (including billing invoices in the Client’s name);
- Use of a VPS or VPN with a static IP address, which ITA FX may require to be registered or whitelisted.
ITA FX reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate any Account, and to withhold, cancel, or reverse any rewards or benefits, if the Client fails to comply with these requirements or if the access behavior is deemed to compromise platform security or program integrity.
Multiple Devices:
By default, we expect traders to operate with at least 1 or 2 devices and this is perfectly fine provided both are in the same region. If unusual behavior is detected, our Risk and Compliance team will further investigate the account and may contact you for further information. ITA FX reserves the right to request supporting documentation and/or apply restrictions to the account.
We are unable to offer our services to sanctioned countries, as well as the United States – we can accept citizens, but not residents of such regions. We use your sign up information as reference.
Soft breaches work as a “yellow card” on a soccer match, for example. You are not punished for breaching any of these rules once, but a second time would lead to a hard breach and loss of the account. Not all are applicable to all accounts – this is also only applicable for Funded accounts, not challenges.
Max Floating PnL %
The maximum floating PnL restricts the total unrealized profit or loss a trader can have at any given moment, ensuring traders manage open positions responsibly. Applicable to Instant Funding, 1 step and 2 step accounts. This is the maximum allowable loss from currently open trades and it is always calculated based on the starting balance.
For both the Instant Funding and 1 step, the Max Floating PnL % is 3%, which also matches the daily drawdown. On the 2 Step accounts, this is set to 6%. Our 3 Step challenge does not have soft breaches.
Max Open Trades:
The maximum open trades rule restricts the total volume of trades a trader can have open simultaneously, preventing overexposure and reducing risk – this has shown to increase the longevity of trader’s accounts.
There is a limit of 5 open trades per symbol simultaneously.
The rule apply for all account types including Instant PRO
A hard breach happens when a trader breaches a major rule, such as reaching the maximum loss threshold for the assessment/account. This breach would lead to the termination of the specific assessment or account immediately. Traders are still allowed to continue their journey with ITA FX after a hard breach, however, it would need to be done with a new assessment.
All trading must be legitimate, as it would be when trading with a retail broker. It must not go against real market conditions – virtually all trading practices are allowed, provided they do not exploit practices that harm legitimate trading or are prohibited strategies.
There are multiple propfirm models operating in the market. ITA FX operates in the CFD environment, using a licensed broker and licensed platform for any trades, which are performed with simulated capital.
An ITA FX account is an account with simulated funds, using real market quotes from liquidity providers. Quotes and pricing come from real (live) market feeds but traders operations are not performed directly on live markets. It is a complex operation involving multiple entities and market participants in order to deliver a broker-like experience when trading. The ultimate goal is that our traders can trade the same way they would in a retail environment, with a much more appealing risk/reward ratio.
ITA FX can on its own accounts (which is not connected to the traders environment) perform live trading directly with liquidity providers/brokers, with real capital. The company can use trading data obtained from its servers, which has absolutely no connection or impact on the ITA FX’s clients and their simulated trading.
At ITA, a trailing drawdown is applied to all accounts.

We also share educational material, certificates and other relevant information within the dashboard.
To request a payment, simply open your dashboard and in the Achievements > Payouts area you will be able to nominate a wallet which will be used to receive the rewards.
We offer a comprehensive partnership program where you refer and earn. Our commissions are paid weekly to your crypto wallet and you will receive 20% per referral.

To request a reward payment, simply login to your dashboard at https://app.itafx.com/login and in your affiliate area, you will be able to request the payment.
Reward payments are processed once a week directly to your wallet, which you will provide at the time of requesting it. Referrals are paid on Fridays GMT+4 morning time. it is important to place the request before then in order to be included in the batch.
Requesting a referral payment later would result in the share being paid in the upcoming batch.
Yes, you will be rewarded for every sale. For example, if you referral has purchased 5 accounts, you will get rewards for all of them.
To get your partner link, simply login to your dashboard at https://app.itafx.com/login and in your affiliate area you will be able to copy your partner link.
Not at all – a lot of partners choose to focus on the referral aspect as this is less volatile than trading. However, you can also acquire accounts and trade with us.
There are multiple ways to create and explore additional revenue through our partnership program. Some partners focus on online ads, others in group mentoring and some simply use their social media to extract additional value and recurring revenue from it.
We are licensed to operate with the platform MT5 – In the future, we will be adding further options to our traders.
It is not possible to change platforms once you have received the account credentials.

Servers are located across the world, primarily in the US. The platform will automatically choose the best performing server once you log in.
