What is a prop firm and how does ITAfx work?
A proprietary trading firm provides traders with funded accounts to trade with virtual capital. At ITAfx, you choose an account size ($25K to $400K), prove your consistency through our evaluation or instant funding program, and keep up to 120% of the profits you generate. ITAfx is operated by a regulated broker (License #2025-00535).
How quickly can I get my first payout?
ITAfx processes payouts within 48–72 hours. Once you reach the minimum profit threshold and request a withdrawal, there are no waiting periods or lock-up windows. Over $1.7 million has been paid out to traders across 97+ countries.
Is there a time limit to pass the evaluation?
No. ITAfx has no time limits on evaluations. Take as long as you need. We believe consistent trading cannot be rushed. This removes pressure and lets you trade your strategy without artificial deadlines.
What is the 200% Refund Guarantee?
When you pass your Challenge evaluation, ITAfx refunds 200% of the evaluation fee with your first payout. This means you receive double what you paid for the challenge. We invest in traders who prove consistency.
What trading platform does ITAfx use?
ITAfx uses MetaTrader 5 (MT5), the industry standard for institutional-grade trading. You can trade forex, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies with competitive spreads and fast execution. MT5 is available on desktop, mobile, and web.
Can I use EAs, copiers, or trade during news?
Yes. ITAfx allows Expert Advisors (EAs), copy trading, news trading, and weekend holding on most account types. There are no restrictive trading style limitations. You trade your way, we just need you to stay within the risk parameters.

- Violating a trading requirement during the assessment period means you lose eligibility for a funded account.
- Violating a rule in a funded account results in permanent closure of that specific trading account.
- You are always welcome to try again with a new account.
- Not all violations are automatic, our risk team will notify you if your account has violated conditions.
