Refund Policy
In this Refund Policy, “us,” “our,” and “we” shall mean itafx.com t/a INSTITUTIONAL TRADING ACADEMY (“ITA”).
Refunds Post-Purchase
Once a purchase has been made and the evaluation credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds under any circumstances will be accepted.
Customers have the ability to fully clarify any questions with the customer service prior to joining the company. All sales are final.
Acceptance of this Policy
It is the trader’s responsibility to read and understand this Refund Policy. The terms outlined here, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into the agreement between the trader and ITA. By placing an order for any ITA Evaluation, the trader confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Refund Policy. Chargebacks
The trader explicitly agrees not to initiate a chargeback on any payment made to ITA, via credit card or any other payment method, without first contacting us. If a chargeback is filed: ITA reserves the right to suspend any Membership or Evaluation Accounts held by the trader.
ITA may withhold any profit split payments owed to the trader.
ITA may recover any amounts previously paid to the trader, including all profit splits.
The trader agrees to cover all costs incurred by ITA in defending such chargeback claims, including but not limited to legal fees — regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
